Gateway 737

Currently in development with a planned opening in August 2025, Gateway 737 is a mixed-use development featuring a 940-bed student housing community complete with 42,000 square feet of student meeting space and 12,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space in Columbia, South Carolina.  The community will feature a resort-style swimming pool, a two-story fitness center, individual + group study areas, and rooftop lounge. Holder Properties is developing this project in partnership with the University of South Carolina Development Foundation.
