650 Lincoln is a mixed-use development featuring an 878-bed student housing community and 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The community features a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a movie theater, outdoor grills and two clubrooms. 650 Lincoln was developed by Holder Properties in partnership with the University of South Carolina Development Foundation.
