Under John’s leadership, Holder Properties has developed over 12 million square feet of commercial and student housing space valued in excess of $2.5 billion. Included in over 100 developed buildings are corporate headquarters, call centers, data centers, speculative offices, student housing, and special-use facilities completed throughout the United States. John currently serves on the boards of Oxford Industries (NYSE: OXM), Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC), SunTrust Bank’s (NYSE: STI) Atlanta region, and the Carter Presidential Center advisory board, among others. John received his degree in economics from Furman University.
